My name is Adrian Phillips, and I am the owner and operator of Steadfast Home Inspection. I was born and raised in the beautiful town of McCall Idaho and now a proud member of the Coeur d'Alene community. Prior to starting Steadfast Home Inspection, I had many careers including being a pastry chef, fly fishing sales rep, and a Financial Advisor through Northwestern Mutual. These chapters of life all served me in many ways and led me to the wonderful career of Home Inspection.
I take great pride in my work, love to help people, have a congenial disposition, and enjoy simplifying complex home terminology and systems into actionable plans. My approach to home inspection is to coach and teach my clients while exceeding expectations. Outside of inspecting I spend my time teaching people how to fly fish, exploring the outdoors, and working on my garden.

AHIT is the largest home inspection training institute in North America, and is approved by ASHI, NACHI, and other professional organizations.
